Christmas in Finland

In Finland they celebrate Christmas .They decorator the tree on Christmas Eve and they drink a mulled wine even the kids drink it. At the end of the day the whole family goes in the sauna and sometimes rents a country side cabin. They sing Christmas songs together have a big supper and breakfast. They eat fish, rice pudding and lots more. Christmas is a big celebration in Finland around that time of year they love to take it slow so they get to spend Christmas with all of their family. They do some of the same things as us such as sledding and snowmobile lots of the same things but they are still very different

Family Tradition

For Easter we go to my aunties house and she hinds eggs for me and my cousin Lania we know the hiding spots so we went easy on our little cousin. For Xmas my sister’s come to Estevan and when opening gifts it go’s from youngest to oldest . For someones birthday they get to pick where to go for supper.
